How long until I receive my order?
All of our products are printed on demand(they don't get made until an order is placed) in either the USA or Europe.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.) products.

Why does my tee smell like vinegar?
All of our apparel is printed on demand and immediately packaged and shipped so they don't have time to air out before they get to you. All inks used in its creation are water based and eco-friendly. We use a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent or some discoloration. A quick wash will knock it right out.


How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 on all orders to the USA, $9.99 to Canada and $19.99 for the rest of world.

Is free shipping available?
Yes, free shipping is available on all orders over $100.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days to be delivered to the USA.

My order is missing items. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. You are responsible for these fees.


Do you offer returns?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. Instead, contact us for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you order the wrong size or style please contact us and we will be happy to help you exchange it for the right item.

You are also welcome to return an item that you just don't like.

We will process the store credit or refund once we receive the item(s). Please contact us for the address and further information.
